Refund and Returns Policy

FREE Standard Shipping (3-5 working days) on all UK orders over £50.00. For orders under £50.00 there is a flat charge of £3.99 for Standard Shipping (3-5 working days). Expedited delivery currently unavailable, though we will always try to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

We’re proud of the products we provide here at Vitality Petcare, if for whatever reason, you would like to return a product, we have made the process as simple as possible. We offer a 7 days return policy to our customers. If more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To start a return, you can click on the “contact us” button at the bottom of our website or email us at [email protected] we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will notify you when we have received the item back in our warehouse and also when your refund will be processed. We will refund you using the same payment method you used when placing your original order. When sending back an item, we recommend using a traceable delivery method to ensure safe delivery. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, therefore if you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will not be included in your refund.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
