D-Mannose
Is a naturally occurring sugar found in some fruits, including cranberries and blueberries. D-mannose is being increasingly used as an effective alternative to antibiotics for various conditions.
It has been found to be effective in alleviating symptoms and infections associated with UTIs, particularly those caused by the most common culprit, E.coli. D-mannose has been shown to block E.coli receptors (inhibit E.coli bacteria adherence to uroepithelial cells) effectively and literally flush bacteria away.

Cranberries contain a substance that can prevent bacteria from sticking on layers of the bladder wall called:
A-type proanthocyanidins ( PACs).

Astragalus extract
Astragalus has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. Is effectively used for UTIs by expelling bacteria from the bladder, inhibiting infection, and reducing inflammation in the urinary tract.
Astragalus extract is rich in polysaccharides where Astragalus polysaccharides (APS: one of the active constituents of astragalus membranaceus) protected bladder epithelial cells against E. coli infection.
Green Tea Extract
Contains a rich supply of plant compounds called: polyphenols, which are well known for having strong antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory effects, and also help to maintain a good pH balance by promoting the body’s alkalinity.
Epigallocatechin (EGC), another compound in green tea, has demonstrated potent antibacterial effects against UTI-causing strains of E. coli.
Pine Bark Extract
Maritime pine bark extract is an extract from the bark of Pinus pinaster.The active ingredients, mainly proanthocyanidins.
Its shown in a recent clinical study to attenuate urinary tract infections, proanthocyanidins have antiviral and antimicrobial effects, especially could decrease the virulence and diffusion of several bacterial strains including intestinal E. coli.
This supplementation resulting in a reduced number of urinary tract infection episodes, an increased number of infection-free and symptom-free UTI patients, and a decrease in oxidative stress among patients with UTI. Open capsule for easier adminstration and serve with meal, for multiple capsule please divide between daily meal.
